They’re perfect for small gardens, roof terraces or balconies due to the fact that they are made from Glass Reinforced Plastic.
When planting up troughs approximately 25% of drainage media, such as hydroleca, should be used when outside. Ensure that each trough is slightly lifted off the ground to allow for free drainage.
Made from lightweight, tough, durable GRP, meaning they are frost proof, rust proof, easily maintained and guaranteed for 10 years. GRP is corrosion resistant, strong, robust and reduces a product’s weight. This planter as it is made from GRP requires less maintenance – making it a highly attractive option compared to more traditional materials like timber or metal. No rust, no painting, no wood rot!
GRP is simply maintained with a soft cloth and warm water.
